PrizeCart 'Shop & Win' Instant Win Promotion
Promoter & Participating Traders
Promoter: PrizeCart Pty Ltd (ABN 47 688 017 692) of Victoria, Australia. PrizeCart operates a digital shopping centre and is conducting this Promotion on behalf of participating merchants. All prizes are funded and provided by the Promoter; the individual merchants do not supply or fund prizes. By entering, you acknowledge that PrizeCart is the sole Promoter of this trade promotion, and any questions or complaints should be directed to PrizeCart (not the merchants). Participating merchants are referred to in these Terms as "Participating Traders", meaning the independent retailers whose goods or services are the subject of this Promotion. Each Participating Trader has authorized the Promoter to run this Promotion on its behalf. A list of all Participating Traders is available on the PrizeCart website and may be updated during the Promotion (see prizecart.app/merchants for the latest list). New merchants may be added as Participating Traders throughout the Promotion Period, and any such additions will be reflected on the website.
Prize Distribution:
While the Promoter intends to award all prizes made available under this Promotion, the allocation of prizes is governed by a probability-based instant win system. The odds of winning are determined based on the volume of eligible entries received throughout the Promotional Period. All probabilities, prize quantities, and entry mechanics have been transparently disclosed in these Terms.
Entrants acknowledge and accept that not all advertised prizes are guaranteed to be won. In the event a prize is not triggered by the randomised winning algorithm during the Promotion, such prize will be deemed unawarded and will remain undistributed. These prizes will not be included in the Unclaimed Prize Draw or otherwise reallocated.
Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12:00am (midnight) AEDT on 16 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 16 December 2026, or once all available prizes have been won – whichever occurs first. This means the Promotion may end early if the prize inventory is exhausted before the scheduled end date. Entries will only be accepted during the Promotion Period; any entries received outside this period (or after early closure) will be void.
Note: If for any reason the Promotion must end earlier or be extended (e.g. due to technical issues or other), the Promoter will communicate this on the PrizeCart website. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if events beyond its control affect its proper conduct (subject to any regulatory approval).
Eligibility (Eligible Entrants)
Who Can Enter: Entry is open to residents of Australia (aged 18 years or older) excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Residents of SA and ACT may use the PrizeCart platform, register, shop with Participating Traders, and accumulate entries, but they are not eligible to win any prizes in this Promotion. Any prize "won" by an entrant from SA or ACT will be deemed void and will not be awarded. Persons under 18 are not permitted to enter or win.
The following persons are also ineligible to enter or claim prizes: (a) Employees, directors, officers and contractors of the Promoter or of any Participating Trader (including store owners), and the immediate family members of such people; (b) Agents, vendors and professional advisors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the Promotion; (c) Any person whom the Promoter has determined, in its reasonable discretion, has breached these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or improper conduct in relation to the Promotion. If an ineligible person is drawn or purportedly wins a prize, that entry will be disqualified and the prize will be deemed unclaimed (to be dealt with in the Unclaimed Prizes Draw, defined below, if applicable).
How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, an "Eligible Entrant" must, during the Promotion Period, do one or both of the following:
Purchase Method:
Make an Eligible Purchase of goods or services valued at at least $5 (incl. GST) in a single transaction from a Participating Trader. An Eligible Purchase means a purchase of products/services that the Participating Trader ordinarily sells, at the normal retail price (no price increase for the Promotion). Gift cards, prepaid vouchers, store credit, or other cash-equivalent items are excluded and do not count toward the $5 spend requirement. Similarly, any items that are not genuine products for sale (e.g. dummy or placeholder SKUs created primarily to obtain entries) are not eligible. For every full $5 spent on an Eligible Purchase, the entrant earns one (1) entry into the Promotion (e.g. $5 = 1 entry; $25 = 5 entries, etc.). There is no separate entry fee – you pay only the normal purchase price of the goods, and no additional charge for entering.
After completing a qualifying purchase: The entrant must follow the entry instructions provided by the Participating Trader or PrizeCart at the time of purchase to submit their entry. This may involve clicking a PrizeCart link or widget, or completing an opt-in form (on the order confirmation page or via an email) to provide your details (such as name, email, order number, etc.) and to confirm your consent to enter the Promotion under these Terms. Once you have submitted the required information and agreed to these Terms and PrizeCart's Privacy Policy, your earned entry/entries for that purchase will be recorded in the PrizeCart system. Entries may be revealed to you in real time (e.g. an on-screen notification) or stored in your PrizeCart account for later reveal. Failure to complete the entry/opt-in process as instructed will result in no entry being recorded for that purchase (even if it was an Eligible Purchase).
Entry limits on purchases: You may enter multiple times via the purchase method, but each transaction is only eligible for one entries submission instance. In other words, if you make multiple separate purchases, you can earn entries from each, but you cannot split or combine receipts to get more entries than entitled, and you must complete the entry process for each purchase separately. There is a limit of one PrizeCart entry submission per transaction (the entries from that purchase are grouped in one submission). If you return or cancel a purchase or it is refunded/voided, any entries earned from that transaction will be invalidated and removed from the Promotion. The Promoter may require proof of purchase (such as a valid receipt or order confirmation) for any entry – failure to provide proof of an Eligible Purchase on request will result in those entries being deemed void. No automated entries (such as scripts, macros, bots) and no bulk or third-party entries are permitted. Any entry that the Promoter deems to be automated, fraudulent, bulk-produced or not legitimately obtained will be disqualified.
Email Sign-Up Method (No Purchase Required):
At certain Participating Traders, an entrant can also earn a limited number of entries without making a purchase, by engaging with that trader's promotional email campaign during the Promotion Period. This method is only available if a Participating Trader has explicitly opted in to offer promotional email entries (not all traders will offer this). Where available, the email entry process is as follows:
Initial Sign-Up: Provide your email address to the Participating Trader through their specified promotion sign-up form or link. By signing up (and agreeing to receive the trader's promotional emails), you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion for that trader. This is typically done by joining the trader's mailing list or similar initial opt-in.
Bonus Email Entry: The trader may send a final promotional email (e.g. a "last chance" or bonus entry email). Engaging with the final email as directed can provide up to three (3) additional entries for that trader's promotion, capped such that no more than four (4) total entries can be earned via email for that one trader. In other words, each person can get a maximum of four entries per Participating Trader through the email sign-up method. For example, if you completed all steps (initial sign-up + final), you would accumulate the maximum four entries for that trader. If you join during the final email, you might receive all or some of the bonus entries at once – but in any case, no individual can exceed 4 email-derived entries with the same merchant.
Email entry general conditions: You may use the email entry method at multiple Participating Traders, but each trader's sequence is independent and capped at four entries per person. Email entries are tracked by the email address and participant details you provide; you must provide a valid email and contact information. The Promoter and Participating Traders are not responsible if any promotional emails are not received by you (e.g. due to spam filters or address errors). All email entry offers will expire by the end of the Promotion Period – any sign-ups or engagements after the Promotion has ended will not yield entries. Standard data and internet charges may apply to participation in email entries (borne by the participant).
Entry Multipliers: Certain Participating Traders may offer entry multipliers or alternative "bonus entries" (e.g. 2×, 3×, 4x or 5x) on purchases or on promotional actions where applicable. These multipliers may be applied only to purchases made via PrizeCart or when originating from a merchant with the PrizeCart app installed and displaying the promo banner. Multipliers are awarded at the discretion of PrizeCart and will be automatically applied at the time of the draw or mystery box reveal. The default is 1 entry per $5 spent, unless a multiplier applies.
Important: Regardless of entry method, there is no charge to enter the Promotion other than making an actual purchase (at normal price) if you choose the purchase method. No fee is charged for submitting an entry or registering. The Promoter will not accept any entries outside the methods described above.
Instant Win Mechanics (Winning Method)
This Promotion is a game of chance. Winners are determined by an instant-win computer algorithm (a Random Number Generator, "RNG") programmed and operated by the Promoter. Each valid entry, at the moment it is submitted into the system, has a chance to win an instant prize. The RNG draws from all possible outcomes independently for each entry, which means every entry has a fair and equal chance of winning, regardless of when it is submitted.
Prize Allocation:
Prizes are allocated randomly to winning entries in accordance with pre-set probabilities and available prize inventory. The probability of winning each specific prize is calibrated based on the prize's value and quantity, to ensure an overall balanced distribution of prizes. Some prizes are rarer than others, but every prize listed is winnable from the start of the Promotion. As prizes are won and the inventory for a given prize is depleted, that prize will no longer be available to be won by later entries. If an entry's random draw corresponds to a prize that has already been fully awarded, the entry will result in a win of the next highest value available prize. All instant win determinations are made at the time of entry submission and are final.
Winning Notifications:
If your entry results in a win, you will be notified instantly. Online entrants (e.g. via the PrizeCart portal or widget) will see an on-screen message immediately after entry submission, indicating that you have won and specifying the prize won. Email method entrants may receive an email notification or onscreen confirmation link indicating a win. In all cases, the Promoter will also send an official notification to each winner via email (to the email address associated with your entry) within 2 business days confirming your prize and outlining how to claim it. It is the entrant's responsibility to provide correct and current contact details. If a winner cannot be reached due to incorrect details, or fails to respond, the prize may be treated as unclaimed (see "Unclaimed Prizes" below).
Chance of Winning:
Every valid entry has a fixed probability of winning a prize, but not every entry will win. The odds of winning any prize, per entry, will vary depending on the prize. Generally, lower-value or more common prizes have higher odds of being won than high-value prizes. As a guide, at the start of the Promotion the approximate chances for an entry to win certain prizes are: a $500 prize (the lowest prize value) about 1 in 1,000,000 "Entries" where an entry represents every $5 spent and can also have a multiplier applied; a $1,000 prize about 1 in 2,000,000 (note: there are multiple $1,000 prizes available, which improves the overall likelihood of winning a $1,000 prize to roughly 1 in 70,000 when considering all such prizes); and the top $5,000 prize around 1 in 10,000,000. These odds are estimates based on programmed probabilities and assume the prize is still available. Actual odds at any given moment depend on the number of entries and which prizes remain. Overall, the total chance of any given entry winning some prize at the beginning of the Promotion is approximately a 2.5% chance (1 in 40), but this can effectively decrease over time as prizes are claimed. All outcomes are determined by chance – there is no skill element, purchasing multiple products through prizecart to earn entries or purchasing higher amounts does not guarantee any outcome (but obviously increases the number of chances).
Fairness & Scrutiny:
The random draw system (RNG) is audited and tested to ensure compliance with legal standards of fairness and randomness. The Promoter may have an independent scrutineer or auditing body review the drawing software and prize allocation process as required by law or regulation. All instant win draws are conducted in accordance with these Terms and applicable permits. The Promoter's decisions regarding draw outcomes are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
No Warranties on Prizes:
Every prize is awarded "as is" and no part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless specifically stated otherwise by the Promoter. The Promoter provides no warranty as to the condition or fitness of any prize (other than any standard manufacturer or supplier warranties that may apply). If a prize item is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and similar nature (subject to regulatory approval if required).
Prizes
The prizes available to be won instantly in this Promotion are listed below. All prize values are in Australian Dollars and include GST. The total prize pool is approximately $50,284 AUD. The quantity of each prize is fixed as noted; once that many of a particular prize have been won, no further prizes of that type will be awarded.
"Golden Ticket" $5,000 Cash Voucher – 1 prize available (valued at $5,000 each). Description: a cash-equivalent Golden Ticket issued by PrizeCart, redeemable as specified by the Promoter (e.g. direct bank transfer or gift card options up to $5,000).
"Golden Ticket" $1,000 Cash Voucher – 28 prizes available (valued at $1,000 each; total value $28,000). Each is a PrizeCart Golden Ticket (cash-equivalent credit) for $1,000.
"Golden Ticket" $500 Cash Voucher – 8 prizes available (valued at $500 each; total value $4,000). Each is a PrizeCart Golden Ticket for $500.
Apple iPhone 17 Pro (128GB) – 1 prize (valued at $2,000). Latest model iPhone 17 Pro smartphone (color and specifications at Promoter's discretion).
Apple MacBook Air (M4 chip, 13-inch) – 1 prize (valued at $1,700).
Samsung 75" QLED Smart TV – 1 prize (valued at $1,699).
$1,500 Flight Centre Travel Voucher – 1 prize (valued at $1,500). Redeemable at Flight Centre stores or online for travel products.
Tiny House Getaway Voucher – 1 prize (valued at $1,200). Gift certificate for a tiny house holiday experience (exact provider/location TBC by Promoter).
Dyson Airwrap Complete Long (Hair Styler) – 1 prize (valued at $700).
KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer – 1 prize (valued at $700).
Airbnb Accommodation Voucher – 2 prizes: one valued at $700 and one valued at $600. Redeemable for stays via Airbnb (separate voucher codes for each value).
Nintendo Switch 2 Console Bundle – 1 prize (valued at $700). Includes Nintendo Switch 2 console and game bundle.
Ooni Koda 12 Gas-Powered Pizza Oven – 1 prize (valued at $650).
Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS, 45mm) – 1 prize (valued at $635).
Apple iPad (10th Generation, 64GB, Wi-Fi) – 1 prize (valued at $500).

All prizes are actively available to be won, if still available, during the duration of the promotion. However, in the event that prizes are not won (due to random draw probability) Prizecart maintains the right to retain theses prizes.
All prize values are correct at time of drafting these Terms. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value as of the time of award (for example, if a product's retail price fluctuates). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, except at the Promoter's discretion or as required by law. Where a prize is a voucher or gift card, any ancillary costs or conditions (such as validity period, travel blackout dates, etc.) that come with that voucher are the responsibility of the winner; the Promoter will provide any terms and conditions from the issuer to the winner.
Prize Conditions: No portion of a prize can be redeemed for cash, and prizes are not for resale. If a winner is unwilling or unable to accept a prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, offer a cash alternative for any prize (particularly Golden Ticket prizes, which are essentially cash vouchers). Any images or descriptions of prizes in promotional materials are for illustration only. Any trademarks or brand names used are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the prizes; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.
Winner Notification & Prize Claiming
All instant winners will be notified as described in the "Instant Win Mechanics" section (immediate on-screen notice and email confirmation). The Promoter will send the official winner's notification email within 2 business days of the win. This email will detail the prize won and the steps to claim it. Winners may be required to follow a link to a PrizeCart portal or form to verify their details and claim the prize.
Prize Claim Requirements:
Winners must respond and claim their prize within 30 days from the date the Promoter sends the winner notification email, or by the end of the Promotion Period (whichever is later). For example, if you win on the last day of the Promotion, you will have 30 days from that date to claim. Claiming may involve providing additional information such as a delivery address, proof of identity/age, and, in the case of purchase-entry winners, proof of the qualifying purchase (e.g. upload receipt) to validate the entry. For prizes over $250 in value, the Promoter may require the winner to sign and return an eligibility declaration and liability release form as a condition of receiving the prize. Winners of high-value prizes (e.g. $5,000 or other major prizes) will likely need to provide formal identification and may be asked to participate in a brief verification call.
Prize Delivery:
The Promoter will arrange delivery of prizes to confirmed winners at its own expense. Cash prizes (including Golden Tickets) will be paid via electronic funds transfer to an Australian bank account nominated by the winner (or via an alternate method agreed with the winner, such as a prepaid Visa card or cheque). Voucher prizes (such as travel or store vouchers) may be delivered electronically (by email) or via registered post. Physical products (electronics, etc.) will be shipped to the winner's provided address by post or courier. The Promoter aims to dispatch prizes within 28 days of a winner's claim being verified, however please allow up to 6-8 weeks for delivery of physical items.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner. If a winner's provided contact information is invalid, or if the winner does not respond to the notification and complete any required steps to claim their prize within the 30-day claim period, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. The Promoter is not liable if a winner cannot be contacted due to inaccurate or incomplete contact details provided. In the event a winner does not claim in time or is disqualified, the prize will be handled in the Unclaimed Prizes Draw described below.
Publication of Winners:
The Promoter will publish the initials, last name, and state/territory of residence of prize winners on the PrizeCart website within 30 days of the prize being claimed. For prizes valued over $250, winners' first initial, last name and postcode may also be published on the Promoter's website (and possibly on PrizeCart's social media), in accordance with regulatory requirements. By entering, you consent to this publication of your name if you win a prize over $250. You also consent to being part of any marketing or promotional material that is acquired by the merchant, such as:
Being placed on video
Being recorded
A phone call being recorded
Being recorded taking delivery of the promotion
Providing a photo of you and the product to the merchant or the promoter
