PrizeCart $1,000 Visa Gift Card Giveaway
The promotion commences at 10:00am AEST on 18 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31st January (Promotion Period).
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
Employees, officers, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible.
Entry is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding a prize. Failure to provide acceptable evidence may result in disqualification.
How to Enter
To enter the promotion, eligible participants must complete either or both of the following during the Promotion Period:
In order to win you need to be following @prizecart on Tiktok or Instagram & Tag a brand in the comments on any official Instagram or Tiktok giveaway post = 1 entry per unique brand tag per post
Submit a valid email address via the official PrizeCart giveaway page or email popup = 3 entries
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to:
A maximum of 1 entry per unique brand tagged per post, i.e. tag as many individual brands as possible per post, but feel free to tag the same brand across multiple posts.
A maximum of 3 entries per unique email address
All entries must comply with the terms of entry and be submitted within the Promotion Period
Prize Details
The draw will take place at the Promoter’s business premises on 1pm AEST on 1st February, using a certified computer-based random draw system.
The draw will be conducted in a manner open to public scrutiny. Interested parties may request to observe the draw by contacting the Promoter prior to the draw date.
All valid entries will have an equal chance of winning.
Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified within 24 hours via Instagram direct message and/or email.
The winner’s first name, initial of surname, and postcode will be published at www.prizecart.app/winners for a minimum of 28 days following the draw.
Prize Claim and Redraw
The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification by replying with the required delivery details.
If unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted at the same location on 25th February 2025
The redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as the original winner.
General Terms
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other social platform.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention, or government restrictions.
Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the internet or social media platforms to participate.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
Delayed, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries;
Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, theft or destruction affecting participation;
Any tax implications arising from the prize — entrants should seek independent financial advice.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter may require the winner to participate in promotional activity related to the prize (e.g. public announcement, photo) without additional compensation.
If the prize is delivered via registered mail or electronic transfer, the Promoter is not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect details supplied by the winner.
Privacy
Entrants' personal information is collected by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting and promoting the competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at www.prizecart.app/privacy.
Entrant details may be disclosed to regulatory authorities if required.
By entering, entrants consent to their data being used for marketing and promotional purposes unless they opt out.
Winners may request to have their name withheld from publication by contacting the Promoter directly.
Permit & Jurisdiction
No permits are required as this is a free-entry trade promotion with a total prize value below the permit threshold.
Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Victoria, and any disputes will be handled under their respective jurisdictions.
